FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Returns and Exchanges: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At this time, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges. Thank you for the continued support!

Incorrect Item/Order:

Please make sure to inspect your order upon arrival. If there happen to have an incorrect item/order, please contact us immediately with proof of the issue. You must contact us within 2 days of package arrival. Returns will be accepted in this circumstance however, we will not accept any items with any signs of wear (this includes scratches, sweat, makeup, dirt, pet hair, smell etc).  If Refund is needed, you will be refunded with total paid on item before shipping and taxes as Store Credit or eGiftCard for the site. 

Shipping and Handling

Our current Processing Time is 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays).  Please Note: Processing Time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping Time is determined by the carrier and may take 2-5 business days for domestic shipments (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking number will be sent to you via email once order has shipped.

Please double check that your address is correct. If you just placed the order and realize it has the wrong address, contact us immediately! Please know once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for wrong shipping address, lost, and stolen packages.

If your item is returned to us by Carrier for any of the following reasons, you will be responsible for paying reshipment fees.

  1. INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
  2. UNKNOWN PERSON
  3. UNABLE TO FORWARD
  4. INVALID/ADDRESS NOT FOUND

No refunds will be issued for BAD ADDRESS RETURNS

 Note: We are NOT Responsible for Undelivered Packages. Please Understand we did our part in Shipping your Order to the address provided. If this has occurred, please dispute this with USPS (post office) asap!

Rights:

Pretty Rose Shoppe has the right to decline/suspend any fraudulent activity to protect our business. 

Cosmetics:

Due to our rigorous sanitary policies, we will not accept returns of used products and unwrapped items. This is enforced for all our customers for their safety and ours.

We encourage all our customers to ask as many questions or concerns as possible.
